Who? Black Rock Shooter figurines

Bought 2 BRS figurines, 1 Figma and 1 Nendoroid, and they’re finally here.

They’re amazing highly detailed, and as usual, of high quality materials. Sad i couldn’t get the statues, since they were a good chunk more expensive.

They’re amazing, what can i say? And i don’t remember reading anything saying that the figures would bring the OVA, probably slipped, i don’t know.

I don’t know how many times i re-started this model from scratch, but it’s finally getting along.

Still need to fix a few issues, but the hardest parton the body is done.

Next step, hair and cloths.

Either someone likes me, or i don’t know. After 1 week of the release of SC2, i was able to find 1 last copy of the Special Edition of SC2 on a small electronics store, perhaps that’s why it wasn’t sold yet, since it was an electronic store and not a gaming one, anyway, got to say that it’s a wonderful package, it was really worth it. Still sad that my usual gaming store did that to me tough :/ But past is past, time moves on.

Continuing my my usual days, i’ve finally came up with a decent base model that i truly enjoy. By now i’ve lost how many times i’ve re-started modeling this 2nd character, but i’m sure that without exaggerations, it was something around 40 times, yep.. something about it. When i want something done and it doesn’t come out good, i keep re-doing it over and over again, but i think i never keept this up for so long, but now i’m really happy with what i have.

But with this ‘final’ version of the model, i’ve completely changed the art-style i was going to use, perhaps it will look better this way, perhaps not, only in the end we’ll see.

I haven’t been only on the same model either, i’ve been trying some effects too with sorft particles and hard surfaces, wich some did came out preatty well, others i’de rather not talk about, still a bit early to upload anything of these, but i’m sure i’ll have a nice… ‘package’ before the end of summer.

Long weeks ahead of me, time to get my hands dirty and finish a good portion of this ^^

I’ve pre-ordered SC2 Special Edition last year, 2h ago i went to the damn GAME store, just to be told that my pre-order wasn’t the SE it was the normal, when i pointed out that i DID pre-order the SE (left the sign)… but nothign could be done since my pre-order was registed as the normal edition…. this makes my blood boil -_-

Seriouslly, i’m one of their first costumers (member) of their store here in Portugal, and it’s the 2nd time they make me this shit -_- …. 1 time.. yeah ok.. shit happens.. now i see they did nothing to fix their issues with the pre-orders for god sakes…

I know it’s just 1 stupid game, but i like collecting, and i learn a lot with their artbooks, etc… besides… it’s SC2.. yes!?

Alien Swarm is a top-down coop game feacturing a classic marines/aliens survivor gameplay. Team up with 3 other friends, choose your classes and proceed to the objectives, welding the doors behind you, placing turrets, and regearing in the small free timelinesbetween waves of fearsome aliens, in the most dredged ships and facilities.

Alien Swarm (2010), is the 3th released work by Black Cat Games, and it’s the brings several improvments from their previous mod: Alien Swarm mod for Unreal Tournament 2004. Players can enjoy AS again, now feacturing more intensive graphics, tilable worlds, and heavy improvments on it’s gameplay, yet keeping it’s classic feel.

Another previous project by BCG is Thievery, a coop mod for Unreal Tournament (1999), wich brings a coop feacture to the classic Thief games. 2 teams (thiefs vs guards) fight their way in gracifull steampunked medievil worlds. Thiefs will have use all their abilities and tools (vine, water, moss, etc. arrows) to steal specific amounts of goods while avoiding both NPC and player guards.

I might say that this is the mod i’ve played most in all this years, never had so much fun as in it.

So, what are you waiting for? Get down to it, and burn some aliens.

So, i’m a member of Anime Fans modDB group, and after hearing some complains about some spam between some other stuff, i’ve decided to help out and open a bigger and widder anime image gallery in here: gallery.damedesu.com

To make it ‘short’:

I’m a big fan of the crappy MMOFPS ‘Face of Mankind‘, i’ve been playing it since 2005, and when the game closed back in 2007 (it’s up again) and we learned that an updated game was on the works, i decided to make a small fun out of the community and made this my self joking it was a leaked picture showcasing brand new graphics on the map: Keplers Dome.

- The map replica is: Keplers Dome, one of the tunnels leading to Cross Roads (wich used to be 1 of the several choke-points in wars), i didn’t have any pics when i made this, and the game was shut down, so everything was done out of my head.
- There are several issues with the shaders on several models
- The lighting is a bit screwed, specially on the lamps (darkening the texture)
- The lava is all procedual generated, unfortunally it’s shader got screwed too.
- The HUD is from the original game, and i changed the date to be exact like if the game never stopped running (so if the game wasn’t shut down, it should have that date).
- I don’t remember anything else that’s worthy to note, so bite me

It isn’t one of my best works from 2007, but i still enjoyed making it.

Will soon be free and have a bit more free time, wich will let me update greatly my projects, and only by then i’ll have something to showoff.. but until then.. until Jully 16.. there will continue to be a lack of news

The project is going slower than i tought, but things should speed up as soon i enter sumemr vacations from my programming course in some weeks.

Speaking of summer, Steam opened it’s doors to a summer sale, and now has hundreds of discounts on it’s vast games list. Not only that, but every day there are special promotions for a small set of games too.

If you’re a steam user and only buy games on these discounts like me, perhaps you should check them out

Originally planned to be opened yesterday, there was a small flaw in giving all CB keys to all retailers, and there was also a small issue in installing the CB on the servers, wich forced the game to be dealyed.

I can’t say i was sad to hear this, i was at least able to play the previous CBs, but i know lot’s of players got angry.

APB, is the upcomming MMO bringing the lifestyle of GTA online. Choose your side, Cops or Gangsters, and fight your way in a huge city, on foot or by car, make chases and escapes, and try not to hurt the peds to much

The game also feactures a HUGE array of costumization to both the player character, to their car, tatoos, decals, etc. This will make everything unique, i’m sure we’ll see some impressive work by the community.
